Starting in the hotel industry as a side hustle, she quickly demonstrated her knack for excellence and dedication, rising from a Night Auditor to a General Manager. Over the years, Melissa has gained experience in every major brand and made her mark as an opening Assistant General Manager for a boutique hotel, where her leadership played a pivotal role in launching the property with success. Her career in non-profits complements her hospitality experience, showcasing her commitment to community and organizational impact.
Outside of work, Melissa finds joy in reading, indulging in board games, and cherishing moments with her children and grandson. Her diverse background and personal interests reflect a life dedicated to both professional achievement and meaningful personal connections.
